Manufactured by Black Eagle Arrows and Designed in partnership with 2019 ASA Pro Shooter of the Year, Dan McCarthy, the PS23 arrow shaft is built to competition-level tolerances. Each shaft is within .001” straightness or straighter and is built to a ± 1 grain weight tolerance.
